Hi Tammi, we do understand your concerns. Unfortunately, our test kitchen here in Vermont is not at high-altitude, so it's difficult for us to develop specific high-altitude instructions for our recipes. We do offer this helpful High-Altitude Baking Guide, which gives fairly specific adjustments, based on both the type of recipe you're baking and your unique altitude.
