As a disabled single mom, I was excited to see these Bake it Easy recipes, BUT I really wish you had included some alternative instructions to utilize more of your baking mixes. I have a good assortment of your mixes on hand and would love to be able to make more of these recipes with those. It's too hard for me to keep our pantry stocked with separate baking ingredients. I'd love to see shortcuts using your gingerbread mix, eggnog cake mix, and sugar cookie mix, for example. I realize that some of the savory recipes do use a mix, but it appears that none of the sweet recipes do. The holidays are challenging for some of us. Knowing how to utilize more of your mixes would really help.
