Hi - I bought your Harvest Grains Blend to add to a variety of bread recipes but I need to ask about sourdough. Shouild a do a pre-soak of the Harvest Grains Blend the night before I add it to my typical sourdough recipe or just add it in with the flour, leaven and water at the autolyse step? Can you please comment on sourdough and also a yeasted bread recipe whether you think a pre-soak overnight is important or matters at all? Thank you!
