I grew up on a western Kansas wheat farm and graduated from Kansas State University. I remember my dad first talking about KSU's development of white winter wheat and at first I had difficulty finding it in supermarkets. Now I buy it all the time, and King Arthur brand! Except the past couple of weeks of buying craziness have emptied it from the shelves. Following my mother's example, I bake bread a lot. We enjoy your recipes.
